Steam trains over Angarrack about 10:45 am

Leaving from Plymouth our train is hauled by 60103 Flying Scotsman over the Tamar Bridge then through Cornwall to Penzance. After a break in Penzance, of approximately 2 hours we return diesel hauled to Plymouth.This trip will be diesel hauled on the return journey.

As the Flying Scotsman is due to pass through the village this Saturday morning, we have decided to change the 'lights' day to Sunday 7th October and meet at 10 am in the square. Please could you pass this info on to anyone you think may be able/likely to come and help.

Angarrack's fortnightly hobby afternoon takes place today between 2pm and 4pm at the Angarrack Community Centre.

Come along and bring something that you enjoy doing - for example, knitting or sewing - or just come along for a chat and a cup of tea and biscuits!

Outings.

£2 per session. All welcome.

Thank you! to all those that have helped in providing Angarrack with its first Defibrillator. The response to the village collection was astounding.

The first on is on the side of the Angarrack Inn, if you need it call the ambulance 999 and they will give you the code.

The village's spirited generosity has sparked interest in a few other funding streams and we are hopeful to get at least one more in the very near future.

There is a lift for easier access.
