Leaders Flanagans B narrowly defeated the Station House 7-5, for whom G Pelling finished on 107 as his team stay in fourth place. Second place The Star B were 8-4 winners at The Old Inn, despite being outgunned by 14 tons on the night. The game of the night saw both leading points players being drawn against each other in a brilliant game of darts, with The Bath's Simon Minister beating The Old Inn's Ralph Jennings 2-1. Simon threw a 107 out with seven tons while Ralph hit 180 with 11 tons. N Hunter also hit 106 out and seven tons for The Old Inn. With Astro B on a bye, RAOB C are up to third place after also winning 8-4 against The White Lion B. Elsewhere, reserve N Murton hit eight tons for The Astro Legionnaires as they won 9-3 at The Angarrack. And finally, S Hart finished on 104 for the Astro Arrows, helping them to a 7-5 win at Trevelyan B and are now just five points behind them.● The Astro Park will be holding their sixth singles knock out on Friday night, leading up to up the start of winter season. Entry £3, with prize money from the semi finalist upwards, 8pm start.
