One man wanted for crimes in Manchester has been arrested on his way to Boardmasters and two others have been arrested for driving while on drugs, police chiefs in Cornwall have revealed. Ten crew members on board a Fastnet yacht had to be rescued off the Isles of Scilly after their rudder broke down. The 39ft yacht was 77 nautical miles north west of the islands when it encountered troubles and its rudder failed.
