A group of volunteers went to extreme lengths to help keep Cornwall beautiful by abseiling down the side of a cliff to help retrieve rubbish including two mattresses, clothes and bags of gravel discarded by fly-tippers. Local residents in the seaside village of Porthtowan were left upset after fly-tippers dumped rubbish in the popular beauty spot.
