A Cornish brewery has vowed to try and save as many 'endangered' pubs as possible so they are not turned into flats but remain at the heart of the community. Keltek recently expanded its portfolio of pubs with the acquisition of the Mount Ambrose Inn, Mount Ambrose, and The Railway Inn in Illogan Highway, bringing the total of pubs it owns to six. Two more areas in Cornwall have voted in new rules to try to stem the takeover of second homes. The referendums in St Minver and the Rame peninsula on Thursday followed one last year at St Ives.
